The menu for Munch's stand at the City Bowl Market tomorrow has been finalized. Here it is!
City Bowl Market Menu - 4 June, 2011
Olive oil granola with dried apricots and almonds
Homemade organic yoghurt
Aged cheddar and crispy bacon cornbread muffins
Carrot, spinach and cumin muffins
Honey-roasted root vegetable salad with rocket in a wholegrain mustard dressing
Quinoa, chickpea, and roasted aubergine salad with pomegranate, parsley, and mint
in a tahini dressing
Socca wedges topped with roasted baby tomatoes
Arancini stuffed with basil and mozzarella
All of these items will be available to eat on site, or to take away in a variety of portion sizes.
Am absolutely going to have that cornbread muffin. And then a socca wedge. And that's just to start with. Yum!
